RETURNS: Customers are required to contact seller to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused. All DOA (non-working) claims must be made to the seller within 48 hours of receiving the item. Breaking tamper seals, opening products or removing any parts will void the warranty and return privileges. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Returned non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used and refurbished items may have inventory decals, minor blemishes and normal signs of use which do not constitute reasons for refunds or exchanges.
