Units over 70 lbs may be subject to a $40 packing fee to insure proper protection. Palletizing available upon request. Palletizing is placing product onto a used pallet, strapping unit to pallet with nylon strapping and plastic shrinkwrap. Does not imply or include any type "CRATING".
Any item available for pick up, M-F 7am to 3pm by appointment only, 24 hour notice please.
Use of buyers shipping account number accepted. Prior arrangements required prior to "Checkout".

| On-Site inspections welcome and encouraged available M-F, 8-3pm with 24 hour notice required. NO WALK-INS will allowed in warehouse. Power on inspections and testing allowed at only sellers discretion.
No returns or refunds on AS-IS or "UNTESTED"
RETURNS:
Customers are required to contact seller to acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns may be refused. All DOA (non-working) claims must be made to the seller within 48 hours of receiving the item. Breaking tamper seals, opening products or removing any parts will void the warranty and return privileges.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Returned non-defective merchandise are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Used and refurbished items may have inventory decals, minor blemishes and normal signs of use which do not constitute reasons for refunds or exchanges. No returns are accepted if more then 30 calendar days have elapsed from the listings end. All warranties (if applicable) begin on the day you receive the product.
Shipment Damage:
Items that has sustained shipping damage must contact the seller before you open the box. All claims must be made by receipiant with the shipping carrier in accordance with the carrier's claim policies. If the box is opened, you may not be eligible for repair, replacement or refund by carrier.
